Services of technical support in development of Basic design documentation и and design documentation stage for Combined Mazout Vacuum Distillation and VR Visbreaking Unit ;
Getting the state authorities’ approval for prepared documentation and engineering survey data in order to obtain positive opinion of the state expert review;
Development of detailed engineering documentation;
Support and consulting on equipment completing (delivery of equipment);
Follow-up and consulting during construction of Combined Mazout Vacuum Distillation and VR Visbreaking Unit ;
Construction supervision;
Technical audit of process units regarding safe process operation;
Review and analysis of P&IDs and design documentation for CDU-3, Diesel Fuel Hydrotreatment Unit, UI&O Complex;
Support in acceptance and verification of Complex pre-design documentation for compliance with its basic designs and Russian codes, regulatory and normative documents, requirements of regulations, norms and procedures on labor safety, industrial and fire safety, environmental protection, industrial sanitation and occupational hygiene.
Verification and approval of technical design assignments for facilities for each area of activity.
Determining the cost-effectiveness of basic technical solutions;
Verification and approval of detailed action plans and schedules for Project implementation;
Participation in adopting technical solutions with respect to Project;
UI&O design support (design documentation review, commenting and providing recommendations).
